A tropical Malibu rum sorbet float.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces, liquid Malibu Rum
- ¼ cups Fresh squeezed orange juice with pulp
- 8 ounces, liquid 7Up
- 4 cups Tropical Sorbet, divided
- 2 tablespoons Toasted coconut, divided
Preparation
Add the Malibu rum, orange juice, 7-Up, 2 cups sherbet and 1 tablespoon toasted coconut to a blender and blend over high heat until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with 1 or 2 remaining scoops of sorbet. Sprinkle the remaining toasted coconut on top.
