A classic Midwestern side dish! Perfect for potlucks or served at parties with main dishes like ham.
- 1 box (15 oz size) Whole corn, do not drain
- 1 box (15 oz size) Creamed Corn
- 1 cup Dry macaroni
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 stick Butter, cubed
Combine ingredients and place in a greased 3 ½ quart baking dish with lid.
Cover and bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes, stirring a few times throughout the cooking process. Remove the lid for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking to allow the pan to brown slightly.
Note: Depending on the weather and the oven, the dish may need to be cooked a little longer until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the macaroni is al dente.
