A healthy side that goes very well with any dish.
- 12 Brussels sprouts, medium, stem ends trimmed
- ½ cups Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon zest
Fill the saucepan with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Place the Brussels sprouts in a saucepan and boil for 15 minutes.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl or plastic bag. Place the sprouts in a bowl/bag and pour the oil mixture over it, mix well.
Sprinkle a little grated lemon zest on the sprouts when serving. Enjoy!
