- ½ cups oats
- ½ cups low fat milk
- 2 teaspoons Dear
- 1 whole Kiwi, peeled and diced
- ¼ cups Blueberries
- ¼ cups plain yogurt
Preparation
In a container of your choice, add 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 kiwi (diced), and 1/8 cup blueberries. Top with 1/8 cup plain yogurt.
Repeat layers, ending with fruit yogurt. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Enjoy!
