Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz size) Tuna, drained
- 2-½ tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ½ cups Kimchi, squeeze out excess liquid and mince
- 1 whole beaten egg
- ¼ cups crushed salty cracker
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Preparation
Line the air fryer basket with lightly greased aluminum foil.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, kimchi, egg and saltine crackers. Form patties.
Dip both sides of the patties in the panko and place them on the foil. Air fry at 360ºF (180ºC) for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
