  • 1-½ pound Boneless steak (sirloin or rib eye)
  • ¼ cups Soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lakanto Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil, for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Slice the steak very thinly with a sharp knife. You can make this a little easier by freezing the steak for about 30 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add the thinly sliced ​​steak and toss to coat well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 2 hours. Toss the steak occasionally with tongs to evenly distribute the marinade.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak in 3 to 4 batches so as not to crowd the pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on one side. Add more oil as needed and repeat with the remaining steak.

Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
