Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Boneless steak (sirloin or rib eye)
- ¼ cups Soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lakanto Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons Avocado oil, for cooking
- 1 teaspoon Roasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Slice the steak very thinly with a sharp knife. You can make this a little easier by freezing the steak for about 30 minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add the thinly sliced steak and toss to coat well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 2 hours. Toss the steak occasionally with tongs to evenly distribute the marinade.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak in 3 to 4 batches so as not to crowd the pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on one side. Add more oil as needed and repeat with the remaining steak.
Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
