Crispy and tasty kale salad, healthy, quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 7 Large kale leaves
- 3 green apples
- ½ cups Flaked almonds
- ¼ cups Dried cranberries
- FOR SCREWING:
- ¾ cups Coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons My dear
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
For the salad:
Slice the kale leaves off the stems (you don’t want any part of the stem) and chop the kale into small pieces. Cut the apples into thin half slices.
Combine kale, apples, almonds and cranberries in a salad bowl.
For the dressing:
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently until everything is coated with dressing. Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can add goat cheese, feta, or brie for a bit more flavor and decadence if you’re not concerned about the vegan aspect. Cheese goes surprisingly well with kale, apple, and cranberries!
