Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken pieces
- 1 piece (Size 1 inch) Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cups Soya sauce
- ¼ cups Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoons Ground clove
- ¼ teaspoons Ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoons Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 Green onion
- 1 Onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 green peppers
- ¼ cups Olive oil
Preparation
Place all ingredients (except chicken) in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
Pour over the chicken in a bowl and mix well. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
When you are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°C.
Spread the chicken on a baking sheet. Place in oven to bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is done, turning chicken halfway through cooking.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve with rice or a side dish of your choice.
