Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh and ripe jackfruit
- 2 whole (about 7 inches long) Bananas
- 1 cup Grated celery
- ¼ cups fresh coconut
- 1-¼ cup Fresh coconut water
- FOR GARNISH :
- ½ cups blackberries
- 3 tablespoons Grated coconut
- 3 tablespoons Toasted pine nuts
Preparation
Place smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Divide into bowls and garnish with blackberries, desiccated coconut and toasted pine nuts.
