The new movie It’s Coming, so why not make the experience of watching it even better by making an amazing themed cocktail party for you and your friends? This cocktail features blood orange, baileys, ice, vodka, all the good stuff!

Ingredients
- 3-½ ounces, weight Vanilla ice cream
- ½ ounce, liquid whiskey cream
- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces, liquid Blood Orange Juice
- 3 drops Red food coloring, or as needed
- 1 ounce, liquid Vodka
- Sparkling water, to top up
Preparation
Put the ice cream and Baileys in a blender, then blend the mixture until smooth. Set aside and let the ice melt.
Wrap 2-3 handfuls of ice cubes in a tea towel, then crush them with a tenderizer, rolling pin, or something similar until they are half crushed. Fill a tall glass 3/4 full with semi-crushed ice.
Mix blood orange juice and red food coloring together, then add to glass filled with ice. Add the vodka, then add the sparkling water until the glass is 3/4 full.
Pour the melted ice cream and Baileys mix over the blood orange cocktail very slowly (try pouring it over the ice chunks). Serve immediately and do not stir the cocktail.
