- 6 set Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 4 cups Water
- ¼ cups Butter
- ¼ cups Whole milk
- ¼ cups Sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Place the prepared potatoes in the Instant Pot. Cover with water and stir in 1 teaspoon of salt. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position.
Cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes. Manually release the pressure.
Drain the potatoes and return the potatoes to the Instant Pot. Stir in butter, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mash until smooth.
Garnish with parsley and butter if desired.
