This Instant Pot Beef Tips with Gravy recipe is a simple and easy Instant Pot recipe that is perfect for beginners new to Instant Pot ownership.
- 1 box (Size 10 1/2 Oz) Mushroom Soup
- 1 package (1 oz size) Onion Soup Mix
- ⅔ cups Water
- 2 books Beef stew, cut into 1 inch cubes
- Cooked egg noodles, for serving
In the Instant Pot bowl, whisk together the ream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water. Add the beef and stir to combine.
Seal Instant Pot and set the valve to “Sealing”. Select the ‘Meat/stew’ option in the pan settings and set the time to 40 minutes.
After the cooking time is complete, allow the Instant Pot to sit for 12-15 minutes. After this time, quickly release the pressure by carefully turning the valve to the purge position.
Serve the beef tips over cooked egg noodles.
Note: This recipe can also be made in the slow cooker. Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat for 8 hours.
