Ingredients
- 200 grams Flour
- 20 grams Vanilla sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Bicarbonate powder
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 milliliters Milk
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil, For Greasing The Pan
- 6 tablespoons Dear
- 150 grams Forest fruits
Preparation
Sift all the dry ingredients: flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, baking soda. Put aside.
Separate the egg yolks and whites by mixing the yolks with the salt. Whisk egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the yolks, then gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Prepare a pancake pan, grease it with vegetable oil and wipe it with a paper towel. Cook each pancake over medium heat and flip when it begins to bubble.
Assemble stacks of pancakes and top with honey and fruit.
