Making oat milk is easy and so much cheaper than store bought! Naturally gluten-free, vegan and healthy too!
- 6 cups Hot water
- 1 cup Old fashioned rolled oats (GF if needed)
- 3 tablespoons Raw and organic cane sugar
- ½ tablespoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
Place all ingredients in a high power blender and blend on the highest setting for 1 minute. Let cool 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Once cooled, pass it once more through the blender to blend it. Then pour into a bag of nut milk placed over a bowl or large measuring cup. Strain until all the milk is out of the bag and the solids remain in the bag.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until chilled. Drink!
