Ingredients
- 12 Chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons Gluten-free flour
- 3 tablespoons Corn flour
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Dairy-free milk
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon Cat Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- Oil, for frying, as needed
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and leave for 2 hours.
Fry for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
