Level: Easy
Serves: 16
Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Brandy
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Ground clove
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Heat over low heat and stir until the sugar has melted.
Put in a covered container (I use a liter jar) and let sit at room temperature for a week.
If desired, remove the apples once the week is up. Place in serving bottles. I tend to use mason jars for the stuff, so I just keep them there with the apples and drink them.
