This herbal popcorn is so easy you almost don’t need a recipe! But I bet you won’t regret doing it!
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cups popcorn kernels
- 1 tbsp Melted butter
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add salt, Italian seasoning and a few popcorn kernels. Cover the pan and wait for the kernels to pop, then add the remaining 1/2 cup of kernels.
As the kernels pop, open the lid a little to allow the steam to escape. The kernels will pop very quickly at first, then slow down. Once there are about 2 seconds between pops, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
Pour the butter over the popcorn and adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve immediately.
