Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- ½ Banana
- 1 medium pear
- 1 cup Fresh baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons Ground oats
- 50 milliliters Fresh water
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- ½ Banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
- ⅓ teaspoons hemp hearts
Preparation
Add the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Transfer everything to a bowl.
Add banana slices on top, then the rest of the filling ingredients.
