This delicious smoothie bowl is loaded with vegetables, fruits and superfoods to give you enough fiber and nutrients in the morning.

Preparation: 5 minutes

To cook: 5 minutes

Level: Easy

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 medium pear
  • 1 cup Fresh baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons Ground oats
  • 50 milliliters Fresh water
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • ½ Banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
  • ⅓ teaspoons hemp hearts

Preparation

Add the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Transfer everything to a bowl.

Add banana slices on top, then the rest of the filling ingredients.
