Healthy tuna salad, full of color, vitamins and flavor. Take fresh ingredients, get creative with colors and mix up those wonderful flavors!
- 20 sheets Lettuce
- 20 sheets Rocket
- 1 whole Red pepper, chopped
- ½ whole Red onion, sliced into rings
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Tuna, drained
- 20 whole olives
- FOR SCREWING:
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ whole Lemon, juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a large bowl, place the lettuce, arugula, chopped red pepper and red onion. do it dressing for the salad by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and pour it into the bowl. Mix well.
Add the tuna to the bowl with the olives on top.
