Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 head Garlic
- ¼ cups Butter
- ½ cups Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
Preparation
Wash the broccoli and cauliflower and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Clean and peel the garlic, chop finely. Place garlic and butter in a medium skillet. Sauté over medium-high heat until garlic is golden, about 4 to 5 minutes. Put aside.
Fill a large pot about 3/4 full of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook 5 to 7 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain and place in a large bowl.
Toss vegetables with lemon juice, garlic butter mixture and rosemary. Serve hot or cold.
