Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Puree
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
- ⅓ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Nut milk
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1-½ cup Oatmeal (you can make your own by mixing rolled oats)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cups Chocolate chips, plus more for topping if desired
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper (or spray with nonstick spray). Put aside.
In medium bowl, whisk banana, egg, vanilla, maple syrup, peanut butter and nut milk until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, oat flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix until combined. Add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a baking pan. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips (optional) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
