- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 2 Bananas, Mashed
- 2 Apples, peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp Dried fruits, chopped
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 teaspoons Cocoa powder without sugar
- 1 cup Softened butter
- Fresh blueberries, to garnish (optional)
Preparation
Grind or process the oats and pour into a large bowl. Add mashed banana, grated apple, dried fruit, eggs, baking powder and cocoa powder. Slice the butter and add to the bowl. Mix until the batter is smooth.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Meanwhile, divide the batter by dropping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Slightly flatten the cookies. If desired, stick a blueberry in the middle of each to make them look pretty.
Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
