Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain yogurt (full fat without fillers)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Dry dill
- ½ teaspoon Dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried chives
- ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoons onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- 1 whole (Size 6 Oz) Avocado
- ½ teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix everything except the avocado and lemon juice, to make the ranch dressing.
Lay the insides of the avocado on a cutting board and cut into 1-inch pieces. Transfer the diced avocado to the bowl of a food processor with the lemon juice (optional) and blend until creamy.
Add prepared ranch dressing in the bowl of the food processor and pulse until the mixture is completely blended. Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until use.
