Spice up your corn on the cob with some shawarma seasoning! It’s a quick and tasty side dish between east and west!
- 4 whole Corn on the cob, hulls removed, washed
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Shawarma seasoning (available in local markets in the Middle East)
- ¼ cups Fresh dill, to garnish
- Crumbled feta, to garnish
- Lime juice, to serve
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Take an ear of corn and rub 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and shawarma seasoning all over it. Repeat the process with the remaining corn. Drizzle the corn with the remaining olive oil and place on the grill. Turn regularly to avoid burning and grill for about 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from grill and top with dill, feta and lime juice!
