- ½ cups Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- ½ Attorney
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 cup Chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon Raw honey or sweetener of your choice
- ½ teaspoon Chia seeds
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
