A healthy mix of kale and spinach, avocado and chia seeds with fat-free vanilla yogurt. A great morning or pre-workout smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ Attorney
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey or sweetener of your choice
  • ½ teaspoon Chia seeds

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
