This is a must-try pizza because it’s topped with fresh dairy-free pesto and loaded with veggies!

- FOR THE PESTO:
- 1 cup Fresh basil, stems removed
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cups Olive oil
- FOR THE PIZZA:
- 1 whole Cabbage Power Pizza Dough
- ¼ cups Cherry tomatoes
- ½ cups Chicken
- Oregano and hot pepper flakes, for serving
Preparation
For the pesto, place all the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor. Mix until well blended, scraping down sides of bowl.
Remove the lid from the food processor spout and slowly add the olive oil while blending. Taste and add more seasoning if needed. Store in a glass mason jar.
For the pizza, follow the instructions on the Caulipower pizza dough box. While the oven is preheating, add 1/2 cup pesto for the base, then add the rest of the toppings.
Cook for the recommended time. Once out of the oven, garnish with oregano and hot pepper flakes!
