I put the word “clean” in the title because it’s not the flavored sweetened milk you would pick up at the supermarket. It’s made with 50% dairy-free milk and 50% real strawberries, with a little maple syrup for sweetness.

Ingredients
- 315 grams Frozen strawberries
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 300 milliliters Dairy-free milk
Preparation
Place strawberries and sweetener in saucepan over low heat. Bake for 10 minutes or until the strawberries are nice and mushy. Let cool.
Place strawberry mixture and dairy-free milk in a blender. Blitz until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass or smaller glasses and enjoy. I topped my strawberry milk with whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry powder.
