An amazing and slightly healthier treat than traditional ice cream. Creamy frozen banana coated in a crispy chocolate shell and coated in chopped walnuts.

Ingredients
- 1 whole Medium banana, halved
- 1 ounce, weight Milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Crushed walnuts
Preparation
Peel and cut the banana in half. Insert a lollipop stick into each half. Freeze bananas for 3 hours or overnight.
For the chocolate sauce, place a heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of boiling water and melt the chocolate. Add the coconut milk and mix. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second increments.
Holding the popsicles over a bowl, use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top. Over another bowl, immediately sprinkle the nuts while turning them. Warning: the sauce will harden very quickly.
Put back in the freezer for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
