Make your own fast food pickles at home in under 15 minutes. They’re ready to eat right away and taste just like those famous pickles without having to go through the drive-thru!
- 4 Baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ½ cups The vinegar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- The water
- 1 teaspoon Dried dill
Put the sliced cucumber in a 32 ounce mason jar, followed by the vinegar and salt. Fill the jar to within 1 inch of the top with water.
Pour the pickle liquid into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from fire. Pour the liquid over the pickles, followed by the dried dill. Stir gently.
Let cool completely on the counter. Put the lid on and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
