The salty salmon in this recipe pairs so well with the smooth creaminess of the cheese. Slightly tart rye bread makes the perfect base, and it’s all topped off with the fresh taste of cucumber and dill. Yum!

Ingredients
- 2 slices Rye bread (about 45g each)
- 10 grams Reduced fat margarine
- 2 tablespoons Light cream cheese
- 50 grams Smoked salmon
- 80 grams Cucumber
- 1 branch fresh dill
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Lightly toast the rye bread then spread it with margarine. Spread evenly over cream cheese. Garnish with smoked salmon.
Using a quick peeler, peel the cucumber and roll up each piece. Place over smoked salmon. Feel free to just slice the cucumber if you’re short on time or just can’t care, it’ll be just as good!
Lightly tear the dill and sprinkle it on top. Finish with a dusting of freshly ground black pepper.
