no-bake tsampa energy bites with a great nutritional blend

Ingredients
- 1 cup Tsampa (roasted barley flour)
- ¼ cups Almonds (chopped and toasted)
- ¼ cups Goji berries soaked in water for 5 minutes then finely chopped
- ¼ cups Raisins (finely chopped)
- ¼ cups Sesame seeds, toasted
- ¼ cups coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 dash Sea salt
- ¼ cups Coconut flakes (toasted)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together (except the coconut flakes) until smooth. Make energy balls with your hands and coat them with toasted coconut flakes.
Energy balls taste best when served chilled.
