- 2 cups Crushed ice
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
- 1 teaspoon Arbonne Greens Balance (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 6 Dates (pitted
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened unflavored almond milk
- 1-½ cup Fresh spinach
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into 1-inch pieces
Place the ingredients in the blender in the following order: ice cream, frozen banana, protein powder, green balance, tahini, dates, almond milk, fresh spinach and green apple. Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth, about 1 minute.
