Homemade Pakistani Chargha style chicken, easy and delicious. Serve with rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- FOR THE MARINADE:
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 8 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 1 pinch Orange color
- FOR THE CHICKEN:
- 2 books Chicken pieces
- Frying oil
- Chaat Masala to taste
Preparation
Mix all the marinade ingredients. Apply evenly to chicken. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Steam the chicken in a steamer until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from fire. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot.
