Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 3 cups Old fashioned rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 1 cup Nuts of your choice (I used sliced almonds)
- ¼ cups Dear
- ¼ cups Melted butter
- 1-½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except raisins in ungreased 13×9 baking sheet; mix well. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Stir in raisins, cool and store tightly in a covered container in a cool, dry place.
Serve with milk or as a snack. Makes about 6 cups.
Note: Old fashioned oats make it crispier than quick oats.
