Ingredients
- FOR THE GRANOLA TOPPING:
- ½ cups Flour
- 4 tablespoons Cold butter in cubes
- 1-½ cup Granola
- FOR THE BERRY MIX:
- 2 books frozen berries
- ¼ cups Sugar
- ¼ cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
Preparation
Heat the oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, combine flour and butter. Using a fork, cut the butter into the flour until it is crumbly. Add granola and mix until well blended. Put aside.
In another large bowl, combine the ingredients for the berry mixture and stir until well combined. Spoon berry mixture into a 9×12 baking dish and top with granola topping. Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve hot alone or with ice.
