Quick, easy and full of flavor, this easy fried rice tastes like your favorite Chinese dish!

Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon Butter without salt
- 3 Eggs (beaten
- 2 cups Frozen peas and carrots (can find a combo bag in the frozen food section of the grocery store)
- ¼ teaspoons Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 2-½ cups cooked white rice
- 4 tablespoons Soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook until scrambled. Remove to plate.
In the same skillet, add the frozen peas and carrots and the minced onion. Sauté for 5 minutes or until tender. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add the rice and soy sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine. Be sure to taste the rice with soy sauce, as you may need to increase or decrease the amount, depending on your preference. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to fry the rice.
Reduce heat to low, add eggs and sesame oil. Stir to combine. Remove from fire. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
