- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- ¼ cups oil or melted butter
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla and oil until blended. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk gently to incorporate. Do not overmix.
Cook pancakes over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
