This Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Smoothie Bowl is a cool, refreshing, good for you, and filling meal. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and is beautiful to look at!

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cook: –

Level: Easy

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Frozen chopped banana
  • 1 package (3 1/2 oz. size) Frozen Pitaya Pack
  • ¼ cups Cauliflower with frozen rice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Grated coconut, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds, for garnish

Preparation

In a blender, add the banana, the pitaya packet, the cauliflower and the coconut milk. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle over the toppings. Take a spoon and enjoy!
