Ingredients
- 1 whole Frozen chopped banana
- 1 package (3 1/2 oz. size) Frozen Pitaya Pack
- ¼ cups Cauliflower with frozen rice
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Grated coconut, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds, for garnish
Preparation
In a blender, add the banana, the pitaya packet, the cauliflower and the coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle over the toppings. Take a spoon and enjoy!
