A vibrant smoothie that’s thick enough to eat as a soft serve!

Ingredients
- ¾ cups Slices of frozen strawberries
- ¼ cups Frozen banana slices
- 1 package (3 1/2 oz. size) Frozen Dragon Fruit Pulp and Seeds
- ¼ cups Heavy cream
- ¼ cups Whole milk yogurt
- ¼ cups Whole milk, plus more as needed
- 2 Scoops of collagen peptides (optional)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Banana slices and coconut chips, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender and blend until smooth. Add just enough liquid to get everything going. You may need to stop the mixer and stir several times with a spoon.
Divide smoothie between bowls and garnish with banana slices and coconut shavings if desired. Serve with a spoon!
