These s’mores are easy to make in the oven or can quickly grill over an open flame. They are savory, chocolaty and completely delicious. Perfect for any weeknight or small get-together with family and friends.
- 6 Graham crackers
- 2 bars (about 3 large squares each) Dark chocolate
- ½ cups red raspberries
- 6 Large marshmallows
Break graham crackers in half and chocolate bars in thirds (or large chocolate squares) and mash raspberries until lightly crushed
To make more than one flame:
On a long metal or fireproof stick, roast the marshmallow until lightly charred, melty, and a mixture of white and golden brown. Once done, assemble as follows: a graham cracker on the bottom, a small dollop of crushed raspberries, a square of chocolate, toasted marshmallow and finally another graham cracker on top. Enjoy!
To do in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Assemble on a cookie sheet as follows: six separate graham cracker halves, each with a square of chocolate (smaller but comparable in size) and the marshmallow on top. Roast in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with a small spoonful of crushed red raspberries and top with another graham cracker half. Enjoy!
