Ingredients
- ¼ cups Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
- ⅛ teaspoons Peppermint extract
- ½ tablespoon Cocoa powder
- ¾ cups Unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine chia seeds, pure maple syrup, peppermint extract, dark cocoa powder, and unsweetened almond milk in an airtight container or mason jar. Stir to combine, then seal. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Chia pudding is ready to eat as soon as you take it out of the fridge. Just stir it and you’re done. Will keep in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
