The slow cooker is the best way to cook pulled chicken. Sandwiches are my favorite way to eat pulled chicken, and you can season it and customize it however you like. For these sandwiches, I cooked chicken in a slow cooker with cream cheese and a packet of ranch dressing seasoning mix. The chicken is tender and creamy with the cream cheese. Serve on hamburger buns for chicken sandwiches.
- 1 pound Chicken breast
- 8 ounces, weight Cream cheese, cubed
- 1 package (5 oz. Size) Ranch Dressing Seasoning
Place all ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook over low heat for 6-8 hours or over high heat for 4-5 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks and mix all the ingredients together. Serve on hamburger buns.
