Ingredients
- 32 ounces, weight baby carrots
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cups Packaged brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation
Throw the baby carrots in a slow cooker. Add salt, brown sugar and butter just above. Turn slow cooker to high, cover and cook 4-5 hours until desired tenderness, stirring once after 2 hours.
Place carrots in a serving bowl and top with slow cooker sauce. Serve immediately.
