Delicious broccoli covered in a cheesy filling made with nutritional yeast seasoning, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and cooked to crispy perfection. This recipe is low fat, low calorie, vegan and gluten free. Bonus: it’s so good!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- ⅓ cups nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Lemon, Juice, Divided
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Place broccoli in a medium sized mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour half the lemon juice over the broccoli, then add the nutritional yeast mixture and mix.
Place broccoli on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until broccoli is super crispy. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining lemon juice. Add another pinch of Nutritional Yeast Seasoning for a more intense cheese flavor.
Serve hot and enjoy!
