Crispy baked beet chips that are full of flavor, guilt-free and so sweet you won’t believe they’re healthy.
- 3 Medium sized beets
- Cooking spray
- Sea salt
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Slice the beets using a mandoline or a sharp knife. Pat the beets dry with a paper towel and place in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray beets with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 20 minutes until super crispy. Watch them so they don’t burn. Withdraw and enjoy!
