This is the best creamy vegan mashed potato recipe I have ever tried. It only requires the simplest of ingredients and it always turns out amazing.
- 1-½ pound golden potatoes
- 1 stick Vegan Butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ cups Almond milk
- ⅓ cups Water
- Salt and ground pepper
Rinse and peel the potatoes. To make it go faster, cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in a pot of boiling water until tender.
When the potatoes are almost cooked, melt the vegan butter in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic and cook for a few minutes, stirring. Put aside.
Drain the potatoes and add the vegan butter, garlic, almond milk, water, salt and pepper. Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes and mix everything together.
Serve hot and enjoy.
