This delicious, creamy, seven-ingredient mayo egg salad comes together in minutes. Stuff this easy salad into wraps, sandwiches, into a sun-ripened tomato or avocado, or simply on a bed of lettuce.
- 6 Large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ cups Finely chopped red pepper
- 1 rod Celery, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoons Powdered red peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Gently mix the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, celery and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
