Ingredients
- 10 cups Cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1-½ cup Miracle Whip
- ½ cups Sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Put the cucumbers in a large container. Cover the cucumbers with salted water (about 1 teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of cold water). Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Drain the soaked cucumbers, rinse them thoroughly and place them in a large container with the minced onion. In another bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sugar and apple cider vinegar. To pay dressing over cucumbers and onion. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate the salad for several hours to overnight. The flavors need time to blend.
