The best mashed potatoes!

Ingredients
- 6 set Russet Potatoes
- 1 block (Size 8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 stick Butter without salt
- ⅓ cups Milk
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- Chopped fresh chives, to garnish
Preparation
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes. Place in a large saucepan and fill with water just to cover the potatoes. Increase the heat to medium-high and cook until the potatoes are tender and easy to mash.
Drain water and add cream cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Mash until smooth. Taste and add more salt/pepper if desired or milk if needed.
Serve with chives. I would put chives as an option, not everyone will dig chives into their potatoes. Enjoy!
