White chocolate and cranberries, a heavenly flavor combination, come together to create the easiest no-bake granola bars!
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- ⅓ cups Dried cranberries
- ⅓ cups White chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt (if almond butter is unsalted)
- 2 Spoonfuls of collagen (optional)
- 1 cup Creamy almond butter
- ¼ cups Honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine rolled oats, cranberries, white chocolate, salt and collagen (if using) in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine almond butter, honey and coconut oil, stirring frequently until smooth and melted together. Pour the almond butter mixture over the oats and stir until well blended.
Pour the batter into the parchment-lined pan and press down. Refrigerate overnight (you want to refrigerate overnight as this is a no cook recipe and this will allow the oats to absorb moisture and soften).
Cut into bars and enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
